About the role
Opalus Healthcare is seeking qualified pharmacists to work with leading public and private healthcare providers throughout Ireland. Opportunities are available across a range of specialisms, from hospital and clinical pharmacy to community and geriatric care.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and provide patient counseling.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication therapy.
- Maintain high standards of medication safety and regulatory compliance.
- Specialise in designated areas such as oncology, emergency medicine, critical care, paediatrics, or community pharmacy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Required profile
- Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- MPharm degree or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Legal permission to work in Ireland.
- Strong clinical knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to patient‑centred care and medication safety.
