Pharmacy Dispenser – Customer Care Focus

About the role
Join our pharmacy team as a Dispenser and provide friendly, professional care to customers. You will help people feel better by dispensing medicines accurately and offering reassuring advice.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medicines and over‑the‑counter products safely.
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers about their medication and health services.
- Promote additional health services and recommend appropriate support.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of customer care.
