About the role
As a Pharmacy Dispenser you will be the front‑line contact for customers, providing medicines and a reassuring, friendly experience. Your role combines accurate dispensing with personalised advice to help customers feel better and confident in their health choices.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medicines accurately and efficiently.
- Offer gentle, reassuring advice and answer customer queries.
- Promote the pharmacy’s health services and suggest relevant support options.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to share knowledge and improve service quality.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Friendly, personable attitude with a strong focus on customer care.
- Professional experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and share expertise.
