About the role

Allcare O'Reilly Coolock is looking for a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join its team at the Allcare Pharmacy in Tonlegee. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, delivering high‑quality advice and service across the full range of pharmacy products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and health advice to customers, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain stock control, including rotation, ordering, and ensuring correct delivery details.
• Deliver professional, efficient customer service and build strong relationships with pharmacy patrons.
• Support the pharmacy team by being flexible and assisting in all operational areas as directed.
• Handle over‑the‑counter medicines using WWHAM questioning and refer to the Pharmacist when appropriate.
• Follow security, cash handling, and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy, and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Participate in training programmes and proactively develop the role.
