Portfolio & Client Manager - Commercial Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Portfolio & Client Manager to join a leading financial services organisation in Dublin. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of SME clients, delivering excellent customer service, managing risk, reviewing financial performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business clients, providing ongoing support while maintaining strong service standards and profitable relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and risk, conduct reviews, analyse client information and implement actions to minimise potential losses.
• Drive growth opportunities by identifying additional funding solutions, generating referrals and supporting the onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Experience in client management within financial services (business or commercial banking) or invoice finance.
• Strong financial analysis and credit/risk assessment skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
