About the role

This is a high‑visibility position within a leading Irish professional services firm that is expanding its Private Client division. You will act as the primary tax advisor for high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs and senior executives, delivering bespoke tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on estate planning, succession, investment structuring and complex personal income tax matters.
• Lead client relationships, working directly with partners and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' commercial objectives.
• Contribute to the growth and operational design of the Private Client team.

Required profile

• CTA‑qualified tax professional with strong technical expertise.
• Commercially minded and able to influence senior clients.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff.
• Ambitious and ready to take on a managerial role.
