Procurement Business Partner – Hybrid, South Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Business Partner to join the central procurement function of a leading organisation in South Dublin. Working in a hybrid model (1‑2 days on‑site per week), you will act as the primary liaison between procurement and internal stakeholders, driving value, compliance and supplier performance across a high‑volume, complex environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal teams in identifying procurement needs and sourcing goods and services in line with policy.
• Prepare, issue and evaluate tenders, and manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle.
• Maintain the central contract register, oversee contract renewals and lifecycle management.
• Develop and sustain supplier relationships, monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Conduct spend analysis, produce reports and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve procurement efficiency and governance.
• Provide administrative support such as meeting minutes, tender documentation and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing contracts for goods, services or works in a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Level 8 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (data analysis, trend identification, large dataset management).
• Experience with procurement and/or financial systems.
• Knowledge of procurement principles and sourcing methodologies.
