Procurement Manager – Ireland (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement agenda for Ireland. This senior‑level position will shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders and support the company’s ambitious expansion plans across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across multiple categories.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, compliance and risk.
• Identify cost‑optimisation opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Partner with operations, finance and leadership teams to align procurement with business objectives.
• Drive best‑practice reporting, continuous improvement and embed sustainability into sourcing.
• Lead and develop procurement capability within the team.

Required profile

• Proven procurement experience in a complex, multi‑site or multi‑service organisation.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with senior stakeholder exposure.
• Track record of delivering procurement strategies, cost savings and supplier improvements.
• Experience in supplier management, contract management and sourcing.
• Collaborative, commercially focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
