Procurement Manager

About the role
We are an established consumer products business expanding across Ireland and the UK. We are looking for a commercially‑focused Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, development and management of a diverse non‑food product portfolio serving thousands of retail customers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product range strategy and roadmap.
- Identify new product opportunities through market research and customer insight.
- Develop pricing, market positioning and profit analysis.
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and relationship management, including joint business plans.
- Manage product development budgets, timelines and support launches.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams for product training and launch support.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in procurement, product or category management.
- Proven track record managing products through the full lifecycle.
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of consumer products, retail or distribution environments.
