Production Operations Specialist – 12‑Month Contract (Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operations Specialist to join our manufacturing team in County Meath on a 12‑month contract. The role involves shift work and requires overseeing end‑to‑end production activities, from assembly to packaging, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full manufacturing process, including assembly, machinery operation, processing, and packaging.
• Develop and manage production schedules aligned with product launches, equipment capacity, material availability, staffing resources, and customer demand.
• Execute preparatory and finishing production activities in line with regulatory requirements and approved production plans.
• Maintain qualified manufacturing environments with validated, compliant procedures monitored daily.
• Operate with minimal supervision, applying technical expertise to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
