Production Operative – Manufacturing Facility

About the role

Join Colas Group’s Dublin manufacturing facility as a Production Operative. You will be trained to run both automated and manual production lines, ensuring safe and efficient handling of bitumen products. The role offers a stable career path within a global infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and set‑up automated and manual production equipment.
• Monitor product quality, output levels and report any faults.
• Handle raw‑material requests, load, package and ship finished products.
• Safely off‑load bitumen and maintain a tidy, compliant work environment.
• Report incidents, near‑misses and participate in safety drills.
• Assist in training new starters and suggest cost‑saving ideas.
• Meet production targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Experience in an industrial, production or warehousing environment, or a strong willingness to learn.
• High ethical standards, reliability and strict adherence to health‑and‑safety procedures.
