Production Operator – Cadbury Manufacturing

About the role

Join Mondelēz International at its Coolock site, the heart of Cadbury, to help produce beloved chocolate brands such as Twirl, Flake, Boost and Dairy Milk. You will work on one of several shift patterns, ensuring smooth production and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the assigned production area, delivering our iconic Cadbury products.
• Maintain specification records in line with compliance and quality requirements.
• Adjust and rectify plant equipment to minimise downtime and sustain production throughput.
• Perform routine operational tasks that ensure safe, efficient plant operation.

Required profile

• Flexible approach with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Confident communicator and effective team player.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• GMP training.
• Experience operating on a manufacturing line.
