Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Rathcoole site in Dublin. This is a full‑time, onsite position (Monday‑Friday 08:30‑16:30) that involves active, physical work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs and procedures to maintain high production standards.
• Perform kitting activities, ensuring accurate assembly and documentation.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas in line with SOP requirements.
• Carry out LAL production tasks such as glassware preparation, cleaning, labeling, packaging and SAP transactions.
• Label non‑licensed products, conduct final product inspections, and prepare accessory products.
• Ensure GDP compliance and manage documentation for kitted and shipped materials.
• Coordinate with Planning and Logistics to meet production schedules.
• Execute any additional duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Computer literacy and the ability to interact appropriately at all levels.
• Vehicle and full driving licence or residence within a commutable distance to D24.
• Awareness of supply‑chain processes; SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
