Production Operator

About the role
The Production Operator role supports the overall operation of the flavour manufacturing plant in Wexford. Working on a two‑cycle shift pattern, you will ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by following the company’s quality system guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform production activities across materials handling, processing, blending, filling and labelling.
- Maintain batch records using the FM Quality System to guarantee product quality.
- Prepare and operate equipment safely and sanitarily, following GMP policies.
- Conduct final quality inspections before shipment.
- Protect confidential ingredients, flavours and intellectual property.
Required profile
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Food/Beverage/Pharma environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery.
- Good computer literacy.
- Team‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- SAP experience (advantageous).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems.
- Forklift operation and licence.
- Computer literacy.

- Troubleshooting equipment.
