Production Supervisor – Evening Shift (Electronics & Cable Assembly)

About the role

Join a leading electronics and cable assembly manufacturer operating under ISO 13485 standards. As the evening shift Production Supervisor you will own all shift activities, acting as the primary contact for production, quality, health & safety and facility matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evening shift, coordinating workflow and ensuring manufacturing targets and KPIs are met.
• Supervise, coach and develop a high‑performing team, handling scheduling, training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement, cross‑training and end‑of‑shift reporting.
• Champion health & safety policies and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews and direct coaching.

Required profile

• Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in electronics or cable assembly.
• Proven people‑management skills, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Strong communication, analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility, energetic attitude and solutions‑oriented mindset.
