Project Manager – 6‑Month Hybrid Role in Dublin

About the role

This is a six‑month, hybrid Project Manager position based in Dublin City Centre. You will provide an integrated delivery view across a portfolio of digital applications, covering on‑premise, cloud‑based and Azure‑dependent workstreams. The role blends hands‑on delivery oversight with senior stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clear, integrated view of delivery across all application workstreams, including milestones, risks, dependencies and costs.
• Support planning, monitoring and reporting of scope, quality, timelines and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, technical leads, QA, Business Analysts, Helpdesk and service providers to identify and resolve blockers early.
• Collate and challenge delivery updates to ensure senior reports reflect actual progress and required decisions.
• Drive delivery planning from initiation through deployment, release readiness, operational hand‑over and post‑go‑live review.
• Ensure alignment between project delivery, operational readiness, change management and service transition.
• Provide clear, plain‑English updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, impacts and decisions.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of software delivery, application lifecycle management and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience with release planning, operational hand‑over and managing supplier/service‑provider updates.
• Ability to engage with both delivery teams and senior management, translating technical status into concise business updates.
• Proven capability to manage risks, dependencies and escalations across complex digital portfolios.
