Project Manager – Business Resilience

About the role

PE Global is seeking a Project Manager – Business Resilience to support a leading multinational biotech manufacturing site in Dublin. The role is a 12‑month hybrid contract, focused on strengthening the site’s resilience during a period of rapid expansion and complex construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and continuously improve the Business Resilience program, covering Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity.
• Maintain governance structures, trackers and reporting to provide clear visibility of program health.
• Manage the site risk portfolio, facilitate risk assessments and ensure timely mitigation actions.
• Coordinate crisis readiness activities, including plan development, training, documentation and incident response.
• Develop, maintain and test Business Continuity plans across all site functions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Digital, Capital Projects and external partners to integrate resilience activities.
• Provide regular reporting and drive continuous improvement of resilience processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business resilience, risk management or related fields within a manufacturing or biotech environment.
• Ability to work independently, quickly build context and influence a broad stakeholder network.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills with a hands‑on approach.
