About the role
The client is a leading Irish civil engineering contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a civils project in Tralee, Co Kerry.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure high standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures onsite.
- Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual requirements.
- Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team including planning, commercial and HSQE personnel.
- Manage direct labour, plant resources, materials and sub‑contractors.
- Identify and implement change control processes and advise on commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with as‑built drawings, safety files and company policies.
Required profile
- Civil Engineering or Construction related degree.
- 5+ years of project management experience on civils projects.
- Strong leadership and team‑player abilities.
