Project Manager – Construction (Cork)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a boutique main contractor in Cork. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will have full visibility and ownership of multiple high‑specification projects across life sciences, pharmaceutical, industrial, heritage, commercial and fit‑out sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of 2–3 live projects simultaneously, from mobilisation to practical completion and handover.
- Oversee subcontractor management, programme scheduling, client liaison and on‑site coordination.
- Handle RFIs, technical submissions, cost reporting and progress chairing.
- Ensure compliance with highly regulated industry standards and maintain quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering construction projects in regulated environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cork with no travel requirements.
