Project Manager – Construction (Cork)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of construction projects in Cork, including residential, pharmaceutical and commercial developments. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from pre‑construction to handover.
- Control programme schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards on all sites.
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular project reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction.
- Proven track record delivering residential or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness.

- Salary €95,000 – €105,000 DOE.
