Project Manager – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives across our growing organisation. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and integrated into Business as Usual.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and handover.
• Manage several concurrent projects, balancing priorities and meeting milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and reporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external suppliers.
• Oversee third‑party vendors throughout the project lifecycle, including post‑implementation improvements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support rollout of new systems, technologies, and operational improvements.
• Monitor performance and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Ensure measurable business benefits and successful embedding into operational teams.

Required profile

• Recognised Project Management qualification.
• Minimum two years of end‑to‑end project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with technology, systems implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
