Project Manager – ICF Construction (Cork, Munster)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑quality Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) construction projects across Munster. Based in Cork, you will oversee projects from pre‑construction through handover, ensuring they meet programme, budget and quality targets while enjoying strong autonomy and technical involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple ICF construction projects from inception to completion, delivering safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers; chair meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Review drawings for buildability, develop programmes, procurement schedules and resource plans.
• Provide technical expertise on ICF systems, concrete works and structural detailing, overseeing installation, reinforcement and concrete pours.
• Monitor budgets, track variations and identify cost‑saving opportunities in partnership with the QS team.
• Manage procurement of ICF panels, concrete and reinforcement, coordinating deliveries to align with programme timelines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure health & safety compliance and drive site productivity.
• Act as primary client liaison, delivering updates on programme, budget, risks and quality.
• Manage snagging, commissioning and project close‑out, supporting warranty and post‑completion processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, preferably with concrete or ICF systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and contracts.
