Project Manager – Medical Device Projects

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering new and existing medical device projects from concept through implementation. You will work within a regulated, high‑volume manufacturing environment, ensuring projects meet quality, budget and timeline expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Control project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and change requests.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements and internal processes.
- Lead issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives and post‑project reviews.
- Produce clear, accurate project documentation and reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (PMP certification desirable).
- 4+ years of proven project management experience in a regulated, high‑volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of product development and project lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, planning and budgeting abilities.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
