Project Manager – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

This is a fully remote Project Manager position based in Ireland, focused on delivering customer‑centric initiatives within a fast‑moving SaaS environment. You will own projects from planning through execution and handover, influencing cross‑functional teams and shaping service delivery at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Drive delivery against clear milestones and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Operations to align teams.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, track progress and manage dependencies.
• Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks and risk mitigation plans.
• Communicate status updates, risks and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or fast‑paced environment.
• Background in GTM, Sales Ops, RevOps or similar functions.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
