Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry. You will own the delivery lifecycle from kickoff to go‑live, working with an internationally distributed team and a range of AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Facilitate customer meetings, steering committees and status reviews, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, implementation consultants, solution engineers and customer success teams to guarantee delivery excellence.
• Utilise AI‑driven automation to improve project efficiency, reporting and visibility.
• Monitor performance, proactively identify risks and drive escalation when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems for portfolio management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations, professional services or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong grasp of project management fundamentals such as scope, planning, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects while maintaining high organization and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with external customers and delivering client‑facing projects.

• Project management platforms: Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, Precursive (or similar).
• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI (or related technologies).
