Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst (Contract)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing startup that has recently acquired over 100,000 new customers, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities. This is a 3‑to‑6‑month daily‑rate contract supporting the delivery of key business and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business and IT projects across multiple workstreams.
• Engage stakeholders to gather, document and validate business and technical requirements.
• Drive project planning, governance, reporting and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with technical and non‑technical participants.
• Translate requirements into functional and operational deliverables.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor progress, timelines, budgets and dependencies while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
• Proven track record delivering business and technology projects in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.
• Ability to manage full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in financial services, professional services or regulated sectors is a plus.
