QC Material Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a QC Material Management Specialist to join a leading multinational biopharma company in Dublin for an 8‑month contract. The role supports a major facility development, providing hands‑on experience with innovative equipment, large‑scale operations and modern pharmaceutical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with manufacturing to ensure Drug Substance samples are processed and delivered to the appropriate destination within the required timeframe.
• Liaise with Engineering Stores to ensure Drug Product samples are processed and delivered promptly.
• Liaise with Warehouse Cryogenics Logistics to ensure Raw Material samples are processed and delivered on schedule.
• Reconstitute and aliquot samples for QC activities in the Global Biologics Laboratory, Global Stability and Multi‑Product Cell Culture (MPCC) Facility.
• Support buffer preparation for the QC Separations laboratory.

Required profile

• Degree level qualification in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
• Previous experience in a similar QC role.
• Experience with raw materials, material management or sample management.
