About the role
As a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser you will join Specsavers’ Lisburn team to provide professional audiology services, helping customers improve their hearing and regain confidence in daily life.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.
- Fit, dispense and provide after‑care for hearing aids.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the optometry and audiology team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in weekend shifts as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) registration.
- Strong attention to detail and a motivated team‑player attitude.
- Eagerness to develop professionally within the role.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hearing aid fitting procedures.
- Ability to conduct hearing assessments.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards.
- Basic computer literacy for patient record management.
