Quality Assurance Technician – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing site in County Kildare. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our quality systems, embedding Lean thinking, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Lean systems and quality processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Lead internal quality audits and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage non‑conformances, address customer feedback, and resolve quality concerns.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams to develop SOPs and quality plans.
• Perform data analysis, track KPIs, and produce trend reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver quality training and awareness programmes across the organisation.
• Maintain product inspection processes and ensure consistent product release standards.

Required profile

• A third‑level qualification in Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
