Quality & Compliance Manager – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the development and maintenance of quality and regulatory compliance systems within our healthcare services. The role will drive best‑practice policies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate policies, protocols, SOPs and guidelines to support quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain a quality management information system.
• Collaborate with senior management to set quality objectives and monitor progress.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Establish and maintain a regulatory compliance information system.
• Collect, measure and present data for quality indicators and compliance monitoring.
• Review regulatory update reports from departmental heads for completeness and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma (NFQ Level 8) in management, healthcare, quality management or a related field, with ongoing professional development.
• If the primary degree is not in quality management, an additional Diploma‑level qualification (NFQ Level 6) in quality management.
• Significant experience in quality and regulatory compliance management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of leading quality teams and managing quality programmes.
