Quality Graduate Programme – 2 Year Graduate Role

About the role
Join Tricel’s Quality Team as a Graduate and embark on a two‑year development journey starting September 2026. You will gain international experience, a Yellow‑Belt qualification, full auditor training and hands‑on exposure to quality assurance in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes to meet product standards and customer requirements.
- Perform internal audits, quality checks and inspections, identifying potential issues.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution of quality‑related matters.
- Collect and analyse performance data, recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, Lean Manufacturing and other regulatory standards.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records, create reports and help document standard operating procedures.
- Support training of employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to enhance product quality and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Honours Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (minimum 2:1) completed within the last two years or graduating by September 2026.
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience using Microsoft Word.
