Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will champion a quality‑first mindset across product development and manufacturing. You will ensure that processes, specifications and standards meet both customer and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate quality policies, procedures and industry standards to all stakeholders.
• Monitor, audit and report internal processes and product quality.
• Review customer specifications, warranty contracts and ensure compliance.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation to guarantee first‑time‑right production.
• Oversee product inspections and provide training to team members.
• Support new product launches and development projects, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback, prepare satisfaction reports and drive corrective actions.
• Promote safe, organized work environments and consider environmental impact.

Required profile

• Direct experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with ISO‑9001 quality management systems.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• ISO‑9001 quality management system implementation.
• Root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 8D, Fishbone).
• Problem‑solving tools and methodologies.
• Manufacturing process knowledge.
• Quality inspection methods.
• Analytical reporting skills.
