About the role
The Quality Team Member – New Directions will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of New Directions Day Supports across Cheeverstown Services. Working closely with the Quality Manager and Programme Manager, the role ensures services meet national policy, evidence‑based practice and organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations, team managers and families to embed person‑centred planning.
- Implement and review the New Directions EASI Tool and related monitoring frameworks.
- Measure outcomes for individuals and report on service quality.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and strengthen assurance processes.
- Act as Interim Standards Lead in partnership with HSE Day Opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Organisational competence and influencing capability.
