About the role
We are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, trainers and visitors at our Blackrock office. You will also provide essential administrative support to the Training Coordinator, helping to keep the training environment organised and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients, trainers and visitors, managing the front‑desk and handling incoming calls.
- Prepare training rooms, equipment and paperwork for upcoming sessions.
- Liaise with trainers to confirm requirements and arrange catering.
- Contact course attendees before sessions to confirm attendance and share final details.
- Process paperwork, issue invoices, Safe Pass cards and certificates, and produce weekly management reports.
- Maintain call logs, manage stationery orders and book meeting rooms via Outlook.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a busy office or receptionist role.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and administrative abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure, especially during peak periods.
- Team‑player with a friendly, empathetic approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for calendar and meeting management.
