About the role
We are looking for a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and employees at our Dublin office. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by handling calls, visitors, post and supporting office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct clients, visitors and staff, both in person and via telephone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and courier liaison.
- Maintain visibility of staff diaries, schedule appointments and distribute staff status updates.
- Order and replenish stationery, supplies and oversee meeting‑room upkeep.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, flexible and able to work autonomously.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, or demonstrable professional approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
