Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences (Validation/QA/CQV)

About the role

Join Hays' Cork office as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on Life Sciences, specifically Quality Assurance, CQV and Validation Engineering. You will manage a fast‑paced temporary desk covering the whole of Ireland, building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and match high‑quality pharmaceutical professionals to client roles.
• Develop new business by proactively reaching out to existing and prospective clients.
• Guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment process, from brief to offer negotiation.
• Build specialist market expertise by staying curious about customers' sectors.
• Meet targets and contribute to Hays’ profitability.
