Access is urgently hiring two Recruitment Consultants to join its Dublin team. The role is designed for candidates who can hit the ground running, with a fast‑track hiring process that moves from application to offer within days.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place candidates for client organisations across various sectors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven or client‑facing role (sales experience highly beneficial).
• Ready to start immediately and thrive in a rapid‑execution environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
