About the role
Join a leading global talent services firm as a Recruitment Consultant focused on sales and business development within the Financial Services sector. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to placement, while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop new and nurture existing client relationships.
- Drive business development through networking, market mapping and outbound activity.
- Identify opportunities and win new business.
- Source, engage and assess high‑calibre candidates.
- Manage negotiations and close placements successfully.
- Become a market expert and advise clients on hiring trends.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records.
Required profile
- Experience in recruitment, agency, B2B or B2C sales, business development or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Resilient, ambitious and competitive mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
