Recruitment Coordinator – Homecare

About the role

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its homecare workforce in Ireland. The role will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensure compliance with internal policies and HSE tender requirements, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all new candidates.
• Own the carer recruitment process for designated offices, delivering timely and high‑quality hires.
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs, driving improvements in efficiency.
• Optimise recruitment workflows to reduce time‑to‑hire while maintaining compliance with HSE tender requirements and internal policies.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
• Oversee compliance in training, Garda clearance, reference checks, and contract adherence.
• Support new‑hire orientations and maintain training records to ensure team members are set up for success.
