Recruitment Officer – Adamstown, Dublin

About the role

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join its Central Support Office in Adamstown, Lucan. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for early‑years educators, centre managers and support staff, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience that reflects the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from writing job ads to coordinating interviews and making offers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs and college outreach.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, analyse data and produce reports for senior management.
• Partner with Operations Managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs across all centres.
• Ensure timely vetting, reference checks, qualification verification and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high‑volume, multi‑site or childcare/education environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
