Recruitment Partner (Enterprise Solutions)

About the role

As a Recruitment Partner within Hays Enterprise Solutions you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions. You will work closely with the on‑site recruitment team and external partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop stakeholder connections to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with the on‑site recruitment team to ensure effective hiring processes.
• Cultivate external commercial partnerships to enhance recruitment capabilities.
• Lead innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with senior leadership on full end‑to‑end recruitment cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience thriving in fast‑paced environments and working under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational abilities.
• Recruitment management experience (MSP, RPO, Agency or End‑Client roles).
• Ability to grow recruitment requirements and encourage manager utilisation of services.
• Growth mindset with a curiosity‑driven approach.
• Capability to share market insights and engage hiring managers.
• Experience handling escalations, problem‑solving and delivering high‑touch customer service.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously each day.
