Regional HR Manager – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region to lead the delivery of our HR strategy across 34+ countries. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a team of HR Business Partners and Recruiters, ensuring consistent, high‑quality HR services that support both operational excellence and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of HR Business Partners and Recruiters.
• Own the execution of the global HR framework within the EMEA region, aligning local practices with corporate standards.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice on complex organizational, talent and employee matters.
• Monitor and refine HR solutions to meet evolving business and client needs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Human Resources, preferably within a multi‑country or matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across diverse cultures.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
