Registered Nurse – Day & Night Shift

About the role

Dublin Post Acute is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality resident care on both day and night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while delivering essential nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes.
• Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs/CNAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

Required profile

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
