Registered Nurse – Full-Time Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, Ohio on a full‑time day shift. The RN will deliver high‑quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, supervising staff and ensuring resident safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Respond to resident emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
