About the role

Standard Life is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Relationship Support Administrator to join its Relationship Support Team. In this hybrid role you will be a primary point of contact for customers and advisers, delivering clear and timely assistance via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent customer experience through phone and email interactions.
  • Resolve customer and adviser queries by gathering information, researching solutions, or routing to specialist teams.
  • Collaborate with team members while managing your own workload efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all communications.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Standard Life’s products, services, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and act on them.

Required profile

  • Experience in a customer service role (full training will be provided).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with pride in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
