Relief Pharmacist – Wexford (Full‑time, Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Relief Pharmacist to support our network of stores across Wexford on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will rotate through a regular roster of locations, allowing you to build strong relationships with each team and its customers while gaining insight into the Uniphar brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in maintaining operational standards and implementing company initiatives.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to provide care solutions for customers and patients.
• Support the professional, clinical, ethical, and financial management of the pharmacy in line with regulations.
• Participate in group healthcare, marketing events, and staff training sessions.
• Communicate business performance and new initiatives to the team.
• Report store and employee performance to the Pharmacist Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is advantageous; full training provided for other backgrounds.
• Proven people‑management abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated with excellent communication and customer focus.
