Remote Document Reviewer for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Remote Document Reviewer to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. In this contract position, you will ensure that large volumes of data are accurate, compliant, and ready for machine‑learning pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review structured and unstructured documents, confirming accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag data‑quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential privacy risks involving Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information to meet privacy and compliance standards.
• Follow established taxonomies, guidelines, and workflow processes for data categorization and validation.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to verify data integrity and validate outputs.
• Maintain detailed records of reviewed documents and actions for traceability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in written and verbal form to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large‑scale data classification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and adhere to taxonomies.
• Experience performing QA or validation on large data sets.
• Comfort working remotely while balancing efficiency with precision.
