Remote Frontend Web Developer (HTML/CSS) – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to join a high‑traffic platform on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with design and development teams to deliver pixel‑perfect user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front‑end components using HTML and CSS.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimal performance across devices.
• Translate mockups from Figma, Sketch, or similar tools into functional UI elements.
• Implement and customize CSS frameworks or preprocessors such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, SASS, or LESS.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end best practices.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile‑first development.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging and optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
