Reseller Operations Supply Chain Account Manager

About the role

Join Apple’s Operations team as a Reseller Operations Supply Chain Account Manager, supporting reseller partners across EMEIA. You will act as the primary liaison between Apple’s Operations and the reseller channel, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and smooth new‑product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with reseller partners to influence product ranging, digital marketing and assortment strategies.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key contacts at reseller partners.
• Analyse partner demand data, improve forecast accuracy and reduce inventory holding costs.
• Lead regular forecast review meetings and present executive‑level performance reviews.
• Manage new product introductions within the reseller channel to ensure timely launches.
• Design seasonal inventory strategies to maximise sales during peak periods.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply‑chain disruptions in partnership with internal teams.
• Monitor reseller compliance with contractual terms and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planner or a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
• Solution‑oriented planning skills and a track record of resolving supply‑chain challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
