Responsible - Bershka Jervis

About the role

Bershka, part of Inditex, is hiring a Responsible (full time) for its Jervis store in Dublin, reporting to the General Manager, Department Manager or Deputy Manager. The Responsible is a key leader on the shop floor who combines emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and operational excellence to drive sales, culture and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and develop the team through active listening, empathy and clear direction, building trust and accountability
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs and product data and turn commercial insights into action on the shop floor
• Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
• Deliver a proactive, personalised and solution-focused customer experience
• Prioritise effectively in a high-volume environment and ensure standards, processes and compliance are met
• Champion integrity, inclusivity, collaboration and sustainability initiatives

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence others positively
• Commercial awareness, with confidence interpreting sales data and acting on it
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Resilience and adaptability, with high personal standards, integrity and accountability
